As a process, management consists of four aspects:
1. Planning
· Considers the organization´s goals and the way we will achieve them.
· It establishes the general objectives and considers the organization´s future.
· Identify and comprise resources to achieve the goals.
· Decide the activities I need to do in order to accomplish those goals.
2. Organizing
· Procedure that considers from which part of the organization, decisions will be taken, the right people that will take certain positions in the organization, tasks that might be requested, and who will depend on who.
· Implies the creation of a structure of departments and job descriptions.
